  • What are your services?  Style To Bits offers photography services for both personal and businesses. We also offer social media management and content creation. And we rent out our creative space for other creatives and individuals looking for an intimate event space in downtown Fayetteville.
  • How much is the down payment or retainer fee? The down payment is 50% of the total amount for personal portraits and lifestyle photography. For businesses and brands, a 30% down payment is required.
  • Can you go on-location shoots? Yes! We do go on-location shoots and destination projects. Travel fees may apply.
  • I am not local. We offer remote photography too! If you are not from Fayetteville or from North Carolina, you can mail your products to us and we will do the rest!
  •  Can I add more to the package? Absolutely! Add ons are always available for you. 
  •  Can I customize a package that’s suitable for me? Totally. Let us know your requirements, and we can work something out.
  • How do I pay? We accept cash or card. We will send you an invoice via Squareup. If you opt to pay in card transaction, we have a 3.15% additional charge for each transaction amount. We also accept payments through Paypal, Venmo, Cash App and Zhelle. 
  • I am a business, what payment options do I have? If you are a business or brand, you have to pay a retainer of 30% and you have 3 payment plan options. 1st Full Payment. If you pay the remaining balance within the 30 days, you will have 5% discount off the total package. 2nd 3 Months. If you opt for a 3 month period payment, the 70% remaining balance will be divided into 3, with a 3% interest each month. 3rd 6 months. If you choose to pay in 6 months instalment, you can settle the remainder within 6 months plus a 5% interest every month until the full payment is covered.
  • What is right to print release? Right to print release is a client’s right to print the images for personal purposes only. A client can use them in personal social media too. This however does not mean the client owns the photos. The client cannot edit, add filter or whatsoever on the final images that are given to them. 
  • What about a commercial license? This is a limited usage right to be purchased by the client along with the image/images that the client wishes to use for publication, or any print and digital manner beyond personal use. 
  • What’s the process? We want to be sure we’re providing you the best of our services. 
    • Consultation. We would like to know more about what your needs and requirements are for the project. 
    • Planning. After learning the goals set, the planning stage begins. This will include research, design, and product test shoots (for photography-related services). A mood board will be sent to the client to create an agreed visualization of the outcome of the photos and social media layouts. 
    • Creating, Photographing, and Post Processing. This period is where the actual production of the images and content commences.
    • Delivery. Once the images are completed, an online gallery will be sent to the client for quality proofing. Once approved by the client, a thumb drive will be provided with copies of the photos (for photography), and the social media posting will start.
  • What are the COVID19 safety measures and guidelines? This will take effect until further regulations from the government are released. 
    • Self-check. If you are feeling unwell on the day or days before your scheduled photography date, we encourage you to reschedule at a later date.
    • We are huggers, and we’d love to shake your hands. But for now, we would like to say hi and greet you with our warm smiles from a distance.
    • Sanitation and hygiene at best practice for both staff and clients. Hand sanitizing stations and hand washing stations are available at the studio.
    • A limited number of people in the studio. A maximum number of people to be in the studio at the time of a meeting or photography sessions is 6. This includes our staff.
    • Contactless payments are available.
    • Staff will be wearing masks at all times.
    • Cleaning studio before and after each session.
