What’s the process?

We want to be sure we’re providing you the best of our services.

  • Inquiry Form. We will be asking you to fill out the client inquiry form. From there, we will determine how we can help you.

  • Proposal. We will be sending you a proposal based on your needs and requirements.

  • Contract and Agreement. When the details in the proposal suit all your needs, we will send you a contract and agreement form for you to sign. We encourage clients to read this thoroughly, for it entails the details and other specifics of the project.

  • Down Payment Invoice. Along with the contract and agreement, we will be sending the invoice for the down payment. Booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid.

  • Consultation. We would like to know more about what your needs and requirements are for the project.

  • Planning. After learning the goals set, the planning stage begins. This will include research, design, and product test shoots (for photography-related services). A mood board will be sent to the client to create an agreed visualization of the outcome of the photos and social media layouts.

  • Creating, Photographing, and Post Processing. This period is where the actual production of the images and content commences.

  • Delivery. Once the images are completed, an online gallery will be sent to the client.

Can I customize a package that’s suitable for me?
